RUFFARCHITECTS have developed proposals for a key Crossrail 2 site in Abbey Wood based on circa 50no. residential units and approx. 7,500sqft of retail. The new scheme is based around a neighbourhood parade with the retention of key community health facilities whilst helping improve an unloved central site in the historic Bostall Estate, one of the original Co-op leading housing regeneration schemes in the early 1900s.
