    Excited to advance our work in Kings Cross, Camden! This 945 sqm mixed-use project reconnects the corner site to Gray’s Inn Road, integrating new commercial spaces at ground level with residential units above, and futureproofing the design for a potential extension. The textured facade, featuring black brick arches inspired by local industrial heritage, transitions to buff brick above, blending seamlessly with the conservation area. A redefined urban corner aligns with Britannia Street, reconnecting pedestrian pathways and framing a mature London Plane Tree.     Planning permission granted for Heath Close, Swanley! This project focuses on creating sustainable, affordable family homes, maximising the site while connecting to the mature trees and landscape to foster interaction with nature. Inspired by the area’s history and character, the design embraces a strong sense of place. Through meaningful engagement with the local community, we’ve adapted the scheme to reflect feedback from neighbours and councillors.   • Project: Guildford Plaza

    This bay study for our project in Guildford, Surrey, explore four carefully arranged blocks surrounding a central courtyard, harmonising with the surrounding buildings of diverse scale, age, and character. The façade combines detailed brickwork and stone lintels, complemented by muted green window frames - a nod to the site’s industrial heritage in green bottle production! Back to News

  • Project: The Bridge

    We are so pleased to share that The Bridge has received unanimous approval from the Design Council! Located on a tight backland site in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, this mixed-use refurbishment and extension project will bring much-needed commercial spaces and new homes to the community. In collaboration with RBKC, the retained structure is complemented by a series of two-story pavilions and a six-story ‘tail,’ weaving together new and existing volumes. Ground-floor craft workshops will activate the space, connecting it to broader community initiatives along the Westway. Back to News

Last week, we had the privilege of an insightful and hands-on CPD session with HEWI , where we honed our skills in thoughtful planning for accessible spaces, equipment and product specification and designing for a more inclusive future It was an eye-opening session that reinforced the importance of intuitive, forward-thinking solutions in creating spaces that truly serve everyone.
