We are pleased to share a significant milestone in our ongoing New Road Triangle project this week. The installation of beautiful landscaping and engaging play spaces has begun at our Ruff, C Field, and Ecoworld affordable housing site. Our integrated SuD (Sustainable Urban Drainage strategy) features rain water collection, and links with our wider Urban Greening Factor and use of three types of green roof systems across the project. This development brings us one step closer to Practical Completion, marking an important phase in our mission to create vibrant, sustainable communities.
Our landscaping efforts focus on integrating green spaces which promote relaxation and community interaction. These natural spaces are designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our buildings while providing environmental benefits such as improved air quality and biodiversity.
The play spaces are being thoughtfully designed to cater to children of all ages, offering safe, fun, and educational environments. These areas will feature a variety of play equipment and interactive elements that encourage physical activity and social engagement among young residents. By incorporating these features, we aim to foster a sense of community and well-being, ensuring that our housing projects are not just places to live, but places to thrive.
As we move closer to Practical Completion, we remain committed to our vision of delivering high-quality, affordable housing that meets the needs of modern families. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to transform the New Road Triangle into a dynamic, inclusive neighbourhood.
