Early explorations for our new student accommodation scheme in the heart of Exeter. These sketches and facade studies test how the building can sit comfortably within its urban setting while offering a strong architectural identity.
We’ve been refining massing, rhythm, and materiality to create a scheme that feels both contextual and contemporary. Planning submission is on the horizon, more to follow soon.
