The ribbon was cut by Town Mayor Cllr Howard Smith and John Nesbitt, Managing Director of Habito Co‑Living, marking the start of a new chapter for this bold co‑living development. The event brought together councillors, neighbours, collaborators, and our client, Tiger Developments, to celebrate 301 homes, co‑working space, and a refreshed public realm.
It was fantastic to see the project come to life and to celebrate the achievement with everyone involved.
