Project: Guildford Plaza Practical Completion

We’re proud to announce the practical completion of Guildford Plaza!

Our first co-living project, and our first venture outside of London, has officially reached practical completion in the heart of Guildford’s conservation area.

This scheme brings together a thoughtful mix of building scales and rich brick tones, complemented by distinctive contrasting green windows that respond sensitively to the historic context.

Delivered during a challenging legislative moment for the construction industry, this milestone marks an exciting step forward for us as a practice, expanding both our typologies and expertise.

We can’t wait to see the spaces come to life with students and local commuters in the coming weeks. A huge congratulations to the RUFF team and everyone involved in making Guildford Plaza a reality.
