This 945 sqm mixed-use project reconnects the corner site to Gray’s Inn Road, integrating new commercial spaces at ground level with residential units above, and futureproofing the design for a potential extension. The textured facade, featuring black brick arches inspired by local industrial heritage, transitions to buff brick above, blending seamlessly with the conservation area. A redefined urban corner aligns with Britannia Street, reconnecting pedestrian pathways and framing a mature London Plane Tree.
