With crisp brickwork, deep reveals, and a bold yet contextually sensitive material palette, this project is all about detail and durability. The tonal brick blend bring warmth and rhythm to the façade — echoing local character while keeping a fresh, contemporary edge. The green window frames are a quiet nod to the history of bottle making, embodying a contextual choice as well as aesthetic. This 945 sqm mixed-use project reconnects the corner site to Gray’s Inn Road, integrating new commercial spaces at ground level with residential units above, and futureproofing the design for a potential extension. The textured facade, featuring black brick arches inspired by local industrial heritage, transitions to buff brick above, blending seamlessly with the conservation area. A redefined urban corner aligns with Britannia Street, reconnecting pedestrian pathways and framing a mature London Plane Tree.
