Guildford Plaza is complete and has just been shortlisted in the 2025 Guildford Design Awards for Multiple Housing 30 Homes and Over, Regeneration Project and Public Realm!


This 301-home co-living scheme transforms a challenging sloping site into four linked buildings around a landscaped courtyard, with shared spaces and active street frontages that connect with the town.


We recently hosted the awards judges on site for the first time since completion, a milestone moment after a complex build, delivered to an ambitious programme.
