Awards: 2026 RIBA Stirling Prize Shortlist
Lion Green Road has been shortlisted for the 2026 RIBA Stirling Prize. Rather than treating landscape as what remains after development, Lion Green Road places it at the heart of the project. Five pavilion buildings are arranged within a generous park-like setting, preserving mature trees and creating a neighbourhood where gardens, play, biodiversity and shared open space shape everyday life. That idea extends into every home. A pinwheel plan gives every apartment a dual aspe

Project: Beresford Street

The visit gave our newer team members the opportunity to see one of the projects we're delivering on site firsthand. It also sparked some great discussions around detailing, construction pr

Project: Sauchiehall Street
The project team took a trip up to Glasgow to review our GRC samples alongside the retained façade of the former M&S building on Sauchiehall Street. Seeing the samples in situ is an important part of the design process, allowing us to assess colour, texture and finish against the existing historic fabric, ensuring the new interventions sit comfortably within Glasgow's Central Conservation Area. This mixed-use redevelopment will breathe new life into a long-vacant city centre
