Progress is moving steadily on our Beresford student accommodation scheme in Woolwich. The slipform core and Stairmaster installation are now complete, with drainage works, the ground floor slab, and vertical reinforced concrete on the ground floor also finished. The ribbon was cut by Town Mayor Cllr Howard Smith and John Nesbitt, Managing Director of Habito Co‑Living, marking the start of a new chapter for this bold co‑living development. The event brought together councillors, neighbours, collaborators, and our client, Tiger Developments, to celebrate 301 homes, co‑working space, and a refreshed public realm.
